Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SynapticLink's lead generation platform and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

SynapticLink provides AI-powered lead generation services that connect businesses with qualified prospects through various advertising channels and social network integration. Our services include:

• Lead generation through multiple advertising channels
• AI-powered lead qualification and scoring
• Social network integration and targeting
• Real-time analytics and reporting
• CRM integration capabilities

3. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing structure is based on a per-lead model with the following rates:

• Standard Channel: $40 per qualified lead
• Premium Channel: $50 per qualified lead
• Enterprise Channel: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice.

4. Lead Quality and Qualification

SynapticLink guarantees that all delivered leads meet our qualification standards, which include:

• Verified contact information (email and/or phone)
• Demonstrated interest in your product or service category
• Meeting your specified demographic and geographic criteria
• Passing our AI-powered quality scoring system

If a lead does not meet these standards, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost.

5. Data Usage and Compliance

All lead generation activities comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM Act. We ensure:

• Proper consent is obtained for all lead generation activities
• Data is collected and processed lawfully
• Prospects have the right to opt-out of communications
• Data security measures are maintained throughout the process

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client of SynapticLink, you agree to:

• Provide accurate targeting criteria and requirements
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your use of leads
• Respect prospect privacy and opt-out requests
• Use leads only for legitimate business purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary SynapticLink methods and data

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in SynapticLink's platform, algorithms, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of SynapticLink. Clients receive a limited license to use our services but may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our proprietary technology.

8. Limitation of Liability

SynapticLink's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the cost of replacement leads or refund of fees paid.

9. Service Level Agreements

We commit to the following service levels:

• Standard Channel: Lead delivery within 48 hours
• Premium Channel: Lead delivery within 24 hours
• Enterprise Channel: Lead delivery within 12 hours
• Platform uptime: 99.5% monthly average
• Customer support response: Within 24 hours during business days

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due, and access to the platform will be discontinued. Data retention policies as outlined in our Privacy Policy will apply.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in Wellington, Texas, and Texas law will govern the proceedings.

12. Modifications

SynapticLink reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with 30 days notice. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
